PENTEWAN VALLEY PARISH

DRAFT NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Pentewan Valley Parish Council as the qualifying body for the Pentewan Valley Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan gives notice that the Draft Plan is published on 15 September 2025 for consultation under regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (general) Regulations 2012.

The Draft Plan may be inspected on the website at https://www.pentewanvalley-pc.gov.uk where details of how to make representation are Included.

The Draft Plan in hard copy form will be available on reasonable notice by application to Anne Barnes Clerk & RFO Pentewan Valley Parish Council via Email to [email protected], during normal office hours.
